Associate Analyst: Core Technology Operations (Business Operations)

The Team

We assist clients in different phases (front/mid/back-end) of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Life Sciences & HealthCare (LSHC) sector, spanning across Financial Clearance, Billing & Claims Processing, Payment Posting, and A/R (Accounts Receivables) Denial Management. Address challenges associated with functional & technical RCM service areas and execute transition management through various revenue cycle modules. Provide technical expertise to reduce manual intervention, optimize effort and time, thus increasing revenue generation and reducing A/R denials.  Leverage home-grown revenue management systems (Revenue Intellect) and enable new capabilities around Clinical Management Systems (CMS), Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in LSHC RCM.

Work you’ll do

The Associate Analyst role involves learning and understanding the current and futuristic needs of RCM, and to build their knowledge base on relevant operational skills, with strong analytical/logical reasoning skills. As a part of the onboarding process on projects, you are provided with training/awareness aimed at building proficiency in the role. Additionally, understanding of the organization specific tools and methodologies and focused capability building on communication excellence as per Deloitte standards is vital.

·       Work towards basic awareness about the LSHC RCM Industry

·  Demonstrate basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

·      Get trained on basic RCM modules (Financial Clearance, Billing & Claims processing, Payment Posting, and A/R Denial Management), and tools/platforms/portals needed for the project aligned.

·       Manage project expectations by providing support during the initial phase

·       Interact/work with the offshore/onshore leads/managers on the project deliverables

·       Work towards improvisation and monitoring - delivering better quality/value to the client/project

Qualifications

Required:

Any graduate (BBA, BCom) with logical reasoning, analytical skills, and strong verbal/ written communication skills.

Preferred:

·       0-1 Year experience in RCM function

·       Basic understanding of MS Excel, MS Power-point, MS Word

·       A definite add-on will be, having:

-  basic knowledge of US Healthcare system
