Work you’ll do
Human Resource Transformation
The Human Resource Transformation (HRT) offering focuses on collaborating with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and execute those through technology enabled transformation. We support our clients’ organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare and execute discovery sessions with the client to understand, determine and document the as‐is processes and perform a fit/gap analysis around the value‐add solutions we provide
· Discuss with the client on their business processes, operations, applications and provide effective strategies to help them maximize their investment and optimal utilization of their resources
· Configure the applications as per the requirements, document the configurations, create design documents for potential integrations
· Execute data conversion activities that include: Data cleansing, transformation, load and creating data validation/reconciliation reports
· Create and execute test scripts with relevant stakeholders to verify and validate the implemented application for client’s requirement conformance
· Contribute on tasks that span across the various project phases of Initiation, Blueprinting, realization, testing and support
· Continually track data points to report deliverable statuses with project leadership
· Work in project teams comprising of members across geographies (India, US and Global)
· Gather information through research and conduct analysis
· Derive insights and develop client recommendations
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to design client solutions
· Communicate and present to external and internal client as required
· Develop/Storyboard deliverables that involve working on:
o Business case development for shared services and outsourcing
o HR process reengineering and documentation
o Implementing HR shared services
· HR organization structure and sizing
· Participate in practice development and internal activities
Organization Transformation/WT
The Organization Transformation (OT)/WT Offering delivers transformation solutions for our clients’ organization
to support their business strategy. This involves helping an organization move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re‐designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
We assist clients in addressing challenges associated with technology through targeted change, communications and training interventions, specifically ERP (SAP and Oracle), CIS, CRM, and Industry specific and custom systems. We enable organizations to navigate the human factors of their digital journey to unleash human potential and drive sustainable value in the digital age. To enable this transformation, it will be critical to use data and insights to make informed decisions which will help our clients achieve and sustain their objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Leverage your skills to develop pertinent and thoughtful recommendations on learning interventions, and contribute to the creation of deliverables related to learning development or change management for
large‐scale transformations
· Provide recommendations on curriculum design and delivery of training interventions
· Develop change management collateral, including materials for stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness surveys and associated analysis, communications, and engagement materials
· Create learning content to support successful adoption of a new technology/ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Workday using various learning tools like UPK, uPerfom, EnableNow, Articulate, and Adobe Captivate
· Create storyboards for different training delivery mediums: Web‐based Training (WBTs), Instructor Led
Training (ILTs), virtual Instructor Led Training (vILTs)
· Develop additional/supporting training materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands‐on activities, handouts, job aids and self‐ study materials using MS PowerPoint and MS Word
· Conduct assessments related to organization assessment and design, and provide data driven insights and recommendations on designing organizational structures, job roles, and workforce transition initiatives
· Use cultural diagnostics, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to define opportunities, strengths, as well as desired attributes to enhance cultural transformation activities
· Collaborate with clients, project team and subject matter experts, in a virtual / live environment, on project deliverables and tasks
· Create deliverables with the requisite quality standards in a timely manner
· Collaborate with subject matter functional experts to build the training content
· Contribute to client change communications and develop key messages
· Utilize Deloitte change analysis tools to determine change readiness and leadership alignment, and accordingly develop and execute change interventions
· Research and utilize emerging tools and technologies to accelerate the development of deliverables
· Support the tracking and execution of the project using project management tools and methods Provide timely updates to Project Lead / Manager on timelines, deliverables and dependencies

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

· Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives
· Prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
· Interact with clients and subject matter experts on regular basis through face to face interactions/ video conferences/ teleconferences / mails to understand the client processes and business problems
· Ability to deal with change and ambiguity
· Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
· Document, contribute and share knowledge to continually improve implementation processes, methods and tools
