Analyst/ Associate Analyst- Government & Public Services Enabling Areas (GPS EA)

 

 

The Team- Procurement PMO

 

This role will report to the Procurement PMO Supervisor/Senior/AM within the Deloitte Government & Public Services Contracts organization. Individuals in this role will be aligned to support specific accounts/engagements working alongside Analysts and Seniors in the practice to garner a deep understanding of the requirements of those accounts/engagements. Documentation requests, system adjustments will be assigned to completed by the PMO team member and sent directly to the procurement team on behalf of the engagement team. A thorough understanding of Deloitte systems will be required to operate effectively and expeditiously. Coordination between internal groups will be required to identify risks early and ensure documentation is completed accurately.

 

 

 

Work you’ll do  

        Provide guidance and system steps processing assistance to internal teams on the available methods of procurement and how to best utilize each to address requirements. 

        Assist Seniors in the team who are the liaison between internal client and procurement team and use information from many locations to complete various forms of the portals used in the firm.

        Complete market research and/or sole source justification documents based on teaming strategy and/or capabilities.

        Complete sourcing request forms in accordance with contract requirements.

        Obtain and distribute quotes/proposals from the procurement team to internal stakeholders.

        Flag/escalate issues that require resolutions, to the Seniors in the team and participate in resolve discrepancies for the respective functional group. 

 

 

 

Location: Hyderabad

 

 

 

Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

 

 

 

Qualification:

Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in management, Science or Commerce

Preferably Year 2021 pass outs

No Backlogs

 

 

 

Required / Preferred:

        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

        Ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment

        Proficiency in Microsoft Office

        Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

        Willingness and enthusiasm to learn basics of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Procurement systems
