Audit & Assurance (A&A) Leadership Excellence - USI Senior Consultant

The Leadership Excellence USI Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the execution of the A&A Leadership Excellence strategy, Talent Lifecycle, PPMD Performance Management, and associated operational priorities. The Senior Consultant is responsible for developing work products that advance people-related opportunities and solve complex people-related challenges. Projects may span talent strategy, reporting and data analytics, process, operations, change management, and project management. The role focuses on Performance Management but can contribute across multiple workstreams including Reporting and Data Analytics, Admissions, Leadership Development & Succession, or Compliance & Transitions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills and will be analytical, organized, capable of handling multiple priorities at once, and someone who can flourish in a fast-paced environment. A high degree of flexibility and ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities will be required. This role also requires access to highly confidential information. Discretion and good judgment are hallmarks of all practitioners at Deloitte and will especially be expected in this role.

Position Reports to: Audit & Assurance Leadership Excellence Senior Manager(s)

Work you'll do

As a Deputy Manager, PPMD Excellence Business Advisory on the Audit & Assurance Leadership Excellence team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the design, development, and implementation of Performance Management activities
  • Executing operational readiness activities and quality checks for PPMD Goal Setting, Talent Reviews, Year End, and peering processes
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and translating findings into executive-ready reports, presentations, and insights
  • Supporting PPMD talent lifecycle operations through data management, standardization, and process execution
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and ad hoc requests across multiple workstreams and leadership review cycles

The team

The Audit & Assurance Leadership Excellence team supports strategic talent priorities that help enable leader effectiveness and business outcomes across the practice. The team works across performance management, reporting and analytics, talent lifecycle operations, leadership development, and other priority programs. This role partners with stakeholders across workstreams to deliver high-quality, data-informed, and operationally sound solutions.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience supporting performance management, talent lifecycle, reporting, analytics, leadership development, admissions, compliance, or transitions workstreams
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and translating findings into executive-ready reports, dashboards, or presentations
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, calculated fields, dashboarding, data visualization, or data analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for storyboarding, slide formatting, and presentation of metrics or key performance indicators
  • Experience performing data cleaning, data integration, and quality assurance across multiple data sources
  • Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and concurrent workstreams
  • Experience handling confidential information in a business, talent, or operations environment

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting human resources or talent processes, including performance management, compensation, or workforce planning
  • Experience with Financial Metrics Validation Application (FMVA)
  • Experience with technology trends, generative artificial intelligence, or data analytics in business processes
