Delivery Assistant Manager – RPA - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

USI DT Canada MF is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.

Solutions Delivery group develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies, SAP, Hadoop, ETL, BI and Lotus Notes. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.

Role Specific Responsibilities / Work you’ll do

You’ll closely work with the team to tackle development, analysis, understanding requirements and other issues. This would also require you to be involved in all stages of development (planning, designing, development, deployment, production support etc.).

      Complete delivery responsibility of projects from RPA Team

      Responsible to timely allocate and support teams to fix the production issues and user’s problems

      Complete responsible to utilize the team more effectively and gain more productivity from the team

      Provide direction to the team in terms of technical issues and the design challenges

      Should manage the task allocation and track the work for 6-8 team members.

      Complete responsible for performance management of 6-8 professionals / all his team members

      As a coach, he / she need to coach the team members on technical and professional areas.

      Provide updates to the leadership in USI and CA on the project, challenges, and risks on timely basis.

      Should be self-driven individual and always look for future opportunities for the team and motivate them with the right tasks / right opportunities

      Responsible for gathering the team needs on trainings / operational items and act appropriately.

      Communicate regularly with onsite counterparts and update the status and discuss the challenges. Timely resolve them and guide teams towards success.

      Ensuring delivery of work with minimal errors, within agreed time frame.

Offerings include Custom Development, Packaged Application Development, Application Architecture and Testing Advisory Services. Technologies include Business Analytics, Business intelligence, Cloud Development, Mobile, .Net, SharePoint, SAP HANA, Manual, Automated, and Performance testing.

Location: Hyderabad

Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Should have a Total of 6-7 Years and a Minimum of 3.5+ years experience with RPA using UiPath, Nice to have skill is to have a programming background in any coding language (Python. Net)
  • Should be able to come up with a solution to capture Robot automation savings and present in a dashboard
  • Work with business and technology teams to analyse and assess automation feasibility.
  • Configure automation processes as per Process Definition Document (PDD)
  • Advanced experience with RPA(UiPath) implementations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in: Design, Solutions, Script, build, and deployment
  • Should have an experience in different UiPath automation techniques to automate complex processes. E.G. Scrapping, OCR engines, Recordings, UI Explorer, Selectors, etc.
  • Integrating applications like (Web, Services, ServiceNow, SAP, MS Office, GUI, Outlook, etc.) using the UiPath automation tool
  • Experience with service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the Service Now APIs
  • Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining production bots and services
  • Should be able to prepare the Metrics
  • Reporting, Scheduling reports and any configuration that entails
  • Should be able to train the business on the reporting/dashboard solutions
  • Strong scripting skill using VB Scripting
  • Should have ability to build/enhance test automation framework
  • Working experience on Selenium is a plus
  • Good to have knowledge on JAVA
  • Should have basic knowledge in SQL commands (SQL Server).
  • Should be able to design macros with strong VBA skills
  • Should have strong knowledge on Azure DevOps
