Consultant, Strategic Relationship Management
We are seeking a high-performing senior analyst to support the career development and professional growth of our A&A leaders (Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, and Leader levels) and select high-talent professionals. The ideal candidate will help create impactful leadership experiences while operating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, and contribute to the successful delivery of leadership development programs and strategic projects
- Directly support US Managers and Senior Managers, primarily through leadership development programs:
- Analyzing confidential data to assist in the selection process for identifying program participants
- Actively supporting the planning process, including coordinating administrative logistics with Meeting & Event Services, assisting with budgeting, contributing to content development, and preparing materials for sessions
- Assisting in the post-session evaluation of success and identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support other projects as needed, including transition lab preparation and lab deliverables
- Consistently develop high quality materials and deliverables with diligent attention to detail, accuracy, and good judgment and surface questions for discussion in a timely manner
- Work with minimum supervision from USI team leaders
- Adhere to and communicate recommended innovative improvements to the processes, protocols, materials, and tools to support all activities
- Analyze and interpret diverse data sets
- Manage extremely confidential data
- Coordinate and communicate with onshore/offshore teams and provide stakeholders with regular updates

- Master’s degree in business management
- 4-5 years of prior relevant experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively and cohesively with peers, US team, and leaders
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Demonstrate strong presentation and networking skills; ability to actively contribute to and independently lead meetings
- Demonstrate advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to complete tasks efficiently; demonstrate strong interest and initiative to search for new use cases and evolving capabilities to drive continuous improvements
- Strong ability to perform data management, data cleansing, and data validation tasks
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Curious and willing to learn about new ideas and approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
