By becoming trusted advisors, you will help them to deepen client relationships through the delivery of a distinctive audit experience and exceptional client interactions.

Work you’ll do

As a specialist, you will be an integral part of the team, providing support to OCEO programs, A&A labs, Succession & Deployment, and other projects within the OCEO & Clients team. You will work both as an individual contributor and as a team player. As part of the “Audit Lab COE group” within USI, you will help drive quality, consistency, and efficiency in the lab preparation and execution process, ultimately enabling an elevated lab delivery experience for our clients, account teams, and lab teams. Additionally, you will provide operational support for OCEO programs and the Succession and Deployment process. You are expected to take ownership and ensure the delivery of deliverables. These deliverables could be part of activities which include generating, preparing, and reviewing multiple periodical reports, database management, deliverables, and updating necessary templates.

You’ll be expected to:

·       Dedicate approximately 100 hours annually to supporting lab delivery (this represents about minimum four lab deliveries per year)

·       Drive the execution of critical processes of the A&A Lab program, including scheduling, lab preparation, lab logistics (for in-person experiences), lab material development, and lab output synthesis

·       Directly support the Lab Manager and Lab Facilitators in coordinating the delivery of exceptional client labs

·       Play an integral role in the continuous effort to capture and track lab-related data for use in reporting to firm leadership

·       Develop high quality deliverables with attention to detail and executive summaries for US stakeholders with minimum supervision from USI team leaders

·       Adhere to the processes, protocols, reference material, and tools to support Programs such as Managing Director Excellence, Right Start, OCEO manager summit, OCEO platinum senior manager community to name a few and any other succession and deployment deliverables.

·       Proficient in analyzing diverse data sets to understand their implications on our processes and subsequently providing strategic recommendations to the US team.

·       Provide innovative approaches, share and leverage best practices.

·       Dealing with extremely confidential and client-sensitive data.

·       Coordinate and communicate with onshore/offshore teams and provide the stakeholders with regular updates

·       Review data for errors, missing information and resolve any discrepancies with the US/USI team

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·       Master’s degree in business management

·       3-4 years of prior relevant experience working in a fast-paced, team environment

·       Strong project management and organizational capabilities

·       Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively and cohesively with the peers, US team, and Leaders

·       Demonstrates advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools particularly with PowerPoint and Excel

·       Strong ability to perform data management, data cleansing, and data validation tasks

·       Curious and willing to learn about new ideas and approaches

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong service orientation and commitment to excellence

·       Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment

·       Ability to work on tight deadlines and agreed upon SLAs

·       Highly organized and results- and detail-oriented

·       Strong analytical skills, problem/issue identification and resolution skills

·       Interest in developing a greater understanding of the A&A strategy and interacting with client service professionals

·       High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, as we deal with highly confidential client information in ADS, Labs, and other ad-hoc requests
