L35 - Regional Audit and Assurance Delivery, Senior Analyst

The success of Audit Transformation is reliant on effective change management at all levels in Member Firms and you will play a pivotal role in influencing and transforming how audit work is undertaken in the future at a Global level. You will be part of a Team that will contribute to developing best practise and be key in driving continuous improvement within the Centre.
The role is a link between Deloitte staff based across the world (we call these CFT’s) who deal directly with Deloitte’s customers (we call these clients), and the Deloitte staff in the Hyderabad RADC (we call them RADC staff).
RADC’s have been set up as part of a wider transformational change programme to enable change to the audit end to end process across Deloitte. The centre is used by Client Facing Teams across the globe to perform specific tasks as part of the audit service provided to clients. The scheduler is responsible for co-ordinating the workflow within the centre monitoring the levels, progress and completion of activity. The role is required to allocate the audit activity to the right person/team in the centre. This role is an important in supporting the centre to work in an effective way to deliver high quality outputs.
Work you will do:
As a Senior Analyst your responsibilities amongst others will include:
• Updating the scheduling tool with the work capacity of each team on a daily basis by taking into account changes in availability of team members.
• Track upcoming requests against staff workloads and communicate potential problems
• Reviewing processing times and expected delivery dates of requests and assigning them to the relevant teams, while taking into capacity and team availability;
• Managing Internal communication mailboxes as deemed required for the scheduling activity
• Managing access rights of team members in the Portal.
• Delivering and executing your work to the highest standard, taking ownership for your allocated tasks and completing them within stated timelines.
• Guiding junior team members in delivery of work allocations and ensuing that optimal allocation is achieved.
• Work towards Member Firm reporting packs and help the Team Lead in Gap analysis and supporting remedial measures.
• Work with MF stakeholders to understand business needs and align to achieve optimal utilization of team members.
• Understanding and following Deloitte policies and complies with personal and other independence requirements set by regulatory bodies and Deloitte policies relating to engagement/ project acceptance, relationships with the client.
• Acting with honesty and integrity in all areas of activity. Understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track.

- B.Com/BBA
- Previous experience in resource and project management, 2+years
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail;
- Good analytical skills;
- Able to multi task and take a systematic approach to work
- Attention to detail, with a sense of responsibility and delivery of results;
- Good communication skills;
- Good command of the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and Word);
- Exposure to PowerBi is preferred
