Deputy Manager, Strategic Relationship Management
The Audit & Assurance (A&A) Client Excellence & Markets (CE&M) team is strategically aligned with industry sectors and service offerings to drive growth and deliver client and sales excellence for all PPMDs and professionals. Within CE&M, the Assurance Sales Excellence team serves as a key pillar, dedicated to enhancing sales effectiveness and fostering collaboration to improve our competitive position in the marketplace.
This team accelerates growth for Assurance within the Relationship space by leveraging the established strengths of the A&A business and partnering with Green Dot Sales Excellence to harness cross-functional capabilities.
Work you'll do
As a Deputy Manager, Strategic Relationship Management in the Assurance Sales Excellence team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of data analytics and project management duties in collaboration with the Sales Excellence PMO and reporting team. You will be accountable for managing, validating, and reporting on critical sales and pursuit data, and translating the data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, virtual environment.
• Coordinate and maintain Sales Excellence data by owning data validation, completeness, timeliness, and reconciliation across sources.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize sales and pipeline data from Jupiter (Salesforce) and related systems, developing storytelling narratives (“so-what” insights) that guide executives and business stakeholders.
• Engage regularly with Green Dot Sales Excellence to align on trends, share best practices, and support consistency across the analytics function.
• Collaborate across Sales Excellence pillars to identify and implement automation solutions where feasible to improve repeatability and quality.
• Support production of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, executive leadership updates, and general pursuit lifecycle-related communications.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into analytics deliverables, anticipating challenges, and proactively addressing information gaps to ensure effective outputs.
• Support strategic initiatives, special projects, or ad hoc analyses as needed, often in support of business development, go-to-market strategies, and market intelligence initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies, ensuring proper handling of sensitive client and business data.
• Facilitate data literacy across the Assurance Sales Excellence team by developing user-friendly guides, delivering informal training, or solving data/analytics challenges for stakeholders.
The Team
The Assurance Sales Excellence team supports Audit & Assurance growth by delivering insights, reporting, and operational support that strengthen sales effectiveness and collaboration. The team works across stakeholders to help inform decision-making, improve reporting consistency, and enable strategic relationship management priorities. This role operates in a highly collaborative environment with exposure to cross-functional teams and business leadership.

Qualifications
Required :
• 4+ years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or operations role.
• Experience with data entry, data management, and reporting within Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including importing and transforming data using built-in analytics tools (e.g. Pivot Tables, lookups, and advanced formulas).
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience building dashboards and executive-ready reporting (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements and deliverables and manage expectations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential business and client information with discretion, adhering to data handling and access-control policies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advance proficiency in scripting/automation to streamline reporting and data workflows (e.g., Python and/or VBA/Visual Basic).
• Experience in a Big Four or other large professional services firm, supporting Audit & Assurance (or an enabling function aligned to Audit & Assurance).
• Experience working with sales, financial, and operations data.
• Familiarity with Green Dot collaboration models, cross-service line pursuits, and multi-disciplinary teaming approaches.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate analysis and reporting narratives.
