The team supports, develops, writes, and presents market intelligence outputs for internal practitioners across the globe, powering Deloitte’s market strategies with insights. The Marketing & Communications capability partners with onshore stakeholders to transform insights into an end-to-end measurable integrated marketing campaign, digitally activated across paid and social media platforms.
Work you’ll do
You will support Deloitte’s internal stakeholders and leadership by planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
You will translate business priorities into campaign objectives, audience definitions, channel mix, KPIs, and executable delivery plans — while owning structured governance across timelines, dependencies, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
You will apply established marketing processes and performance measurement approaches to deliver high-quality campaigns and content across channels, ensure assets are brand-compliant, and translate performance data into actionable insights.
Additionally, you will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate with global colleagues and cross-functional teams, and contribute to team-level initiatives while supporting onboarding of new team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Integrated campaign strategy & execution
o Convert business objectives into integrated campaign plans with defined audience segments, messaging frameworks, channel mix, and defined KPIs
o Manage end-to-end execution across workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.
o Ensure structured delivery, alignment, and on-time implementation
- Executive content & multi-channel storytelling
o Develop executive-ready content including campaign toolkits, presentations, thought leadership assets, and go-to-market materials
o Adapt messaging across internal communication channels (email/newsletters, web/intranet, social, internal enablement materials)
o Maintain strong quality control aligned with Deloitte’s tone of voice, brand standards and risk guidelines
- Digital activation (Social, SEO & Paid media – baseline required)
o Support social media content planning, publishing, and performance optimization/social media reporting (engagement rate, views, reach)
o Apply keyword-informed briefs and on-page SEO best practices for website/webpage content development
o Collaborate with the in-house agency to develop paid media plans that incorporate audience insights, appropriate creative formats, optimized channel mix, performance optimization metrics including final campaign reporting (CTR, CPC, conversion rate)
- Analytics & optimization
o Develop campaign performance dashboards and executive impact reports with actionable insights
o Ensure tagging and tracking discipline for accurate measurement
o Identify opportunities to optimize content, audience engagement, and channel performance during the campaign
- Stakeholder collaboration
o Partner with internal stakeholders across geographies to align priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
o Contribute to initiatives that strengthen practice visibility and cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBA or master’s degree in a related field, with 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications (B2B/professional services preferred)
- Proven experience building and executing multi-channel campaign strategies with defined KPIs
- Strong executive writing and storytelling capability
- Working knowledge of social media, SEO, and paid media fundamentals
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate metrics into actionable insights
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Good-to-Have
- Experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Meltwater, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Exposure to SEO tooling and audits
- Direct paid media platform experience (LinkedIn, Google, publishers)
- Familiarity with A/B testing of creatives
- Exposure to GenAI tools in accelerating marketing efforts
