Work You’ll Do
You will support Deloitte’s internal stakeholders and leadership by planning, executing, and supporting integrated marketing and communications initiatives. You will apply established marketing processes, best practices, and measurement approaches to deliver high-quality campaigns and content across channels, ensure brand-compliant assets, and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate with global colleagues and cross-functional teams, and contribute to team-level activities while supporting onboarding of new team members.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
· Support internal stakeholders in translating business and industry priorities into campaign objectives.
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, including timelines, coordination and on-time delivery.
· Create, curate, and optimize content for multiple channels aligned to audience needs and stakeholder requirements.
· Partner with design and creative teams to develop brand-compliant marketing assets and sales enablement materials.
· Manage stakeholder engagement for execution by clarifying inputs, aligning expectations, and track dependencies.
· Monitor and report campaign performance using available data sources; produce impact reports with clear visuals and “so-what” insights for leadership.
· Use research and listening skills to understand objectives, validate assumptions, and ensure content and messages remain relevant, accurate, and audience appropriate.
· Liaise with Deloitte colleagues across geographies to coordinate deliverables, approvals, and priorities; maintain strong delivery governance and documentation.
· Contribute to team activities and support onboarding/mentoring junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
· MBA or master’s degree (or equivalent) in related fields.
· 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing/marketing communications, preferably in a professional services organization.
· Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications, including campaign planning and fundamentals.
· Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools and/or social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Net Base Quid).
· Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate results through clear visuals.
· Exceptional business writing skills (clear, concise, compelling) with strong storyboarding ability; able to simplify complex ideas for executive audiences.
· Strong project and time management: attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to manage multiple parallel deliverables in fast-moving environments.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident in discussions and status updates with internal leadership teams.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
· Exposure to GenAI tools and prompt writing is an advantage.
