The Sustainability team is part of the global firm. We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with 6+ years of post-MBA work experience, with strong capabilities in project management and stakeholder engagement.
The professional will work closely with sustainability teams, research, marketing, and firm leadership across geographies and time zones to drive cohesive, high-quality outcomes that elevate Deloitte’s sustainability presence in the market. Work you’ll do
The professional will play a key role with thought leadership and large events from planning through delivery, including program management, stakeholder alignment, risk/governance, and content amplification.
Core responsibilities
1. Thought leadership planning and execution
• Contribute to plans, milestones, and dependencies from approval to publication.
• Drive stakeholder inputs across sustainability, research, marketing, and leadership.
• Enable amplification/derivative content to extend reach; may include content development.
2. Marquee events and strategic collaborations
• Support events/collaborations end-to-end (logistics, invites, approvals, risk reviews).
• Produce run-of-show and executive-ready briefing materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
3. Governance and PMO:
• Manage risk/independence/compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain portfolio trackers and crisp status reporting across workstreams.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline synthesis and execution

Academic qualifications and professional experience
• MBA; 6+ years of post-MBA experience with a proven track record in project and operations management
• Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid; two days in office)
• Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
