The team informs strategy by helping Firm leaders understand competitors and markets, identify and respond to significant news and events, and frame strategic implications to support planning and decision-making.Work You’ll DoYou will be part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences strategic decision-making for the Firm. You will lead a pillar within the India-based Global SIPP team and develop deep knowledge of the Firm’s business, emerging technologies, and the global professional services market. You will lead and/or support a diverse set of projects involving quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesis of insights, development of executive-ready materials, and strong analytical and writing deliverables. Projects are typically high-impact, high-visibility, and aligned to leadership’s strategic priorities.Core ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a candidate with at least 10 years of post-MBA experience in internal or external consulting, with strong research, analytical, and writing skills and an excellent command of English.- Lead assigned strategy, competitive intelligence, and other projects (own, plan, manage, and deliver), including coordination with global stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data; draw conclusions and develop strategic recommendations
- Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of management frameworks
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and present to internal leadership
- Demonstrate strong program management skills; manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across US/global and India teams
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with US/global and India counterparts

Qualifications, Experience, Location & Timing- Education: Master’s degree or MBA from a top-tier institute
- Experience: 12+ years total, including 10+ years post-MBA
- Preferred background: Consulting firms and/or corporate strategy with strong employment track record
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
