Our Global SIPP organization is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working hand in hand with member firms, industries and practice areas to help drive long term strategy for Deloitte at the global level. The team informs strategy by helping firm leaders understand our competitors and markets, identify and respond to significant news and events, and frame how we think about, and plan based on the strategy implications of these developments.

The professional will be a part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences strategic decision making for the firm. The professional will be part of the India-based Global SIPP team. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s business, new technologies, and professional services market at the global level.

The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and technology awareness, with the ability to connect emerging technologies to business strategy and transformation initiatives. it focuses on evaluating and shaping technology-driven strategic initiatives and does not involve hands-on development, coding, solution architecture, or program implementation. The team’s projects are typically high-impact, and high-visibility aligned to the firm and leadership’s strategic priorities.

We are seeking a person with at least 6 years of post-MBA experience in the internal or external consulting space with strong research, analytical, and writing skills, and an excellent command of English language.

• Manage projects with minimal supervision from ideation to delivery

• Assist team members to ensure that work meets accuracy and high-quality standards

• Analyze and interpret project data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations

• Build, synthesize, and present strategic insights and recommendations

• Independently develop reports, write briefs, and review team outputs for logical structuring and clarity

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions; contribute ideas by understanding innovation trends, emerging technologies, and Deloitte offerings

• Support development of innovation strategies, including new business models, capability development, and market-facing initiatives

• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI, data, automation) and assess their strategic and business implications

• Collaborate with US/India team members and manage all aspects of assigned projects

• Build effective working relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Strong research and synthesis capabilities (primary and secondary research)

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable insights

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI, analytics, automation) and ability to assess their business implications

• Ability to bridge technology and business, translating technical concepts into strategic insights

• Experience in digital/technology-driven transformation initiatives from a strategy or advisory perspective

• Curiosity and learning mindset toward rapidly evolving technology trends

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders

Ability to work in global, virtual teams and collaborate effectively across geographies

• Academic qualification: MBA from a top tier institute

• Work experience: 6+ years post MBA

• Experience working on innovation and/or transformation initiatives involving emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI, data, digital platforms) will be a strong advantage
