GSIC is responsible for driving growth and alignment across the Deloitte member firm network to deliver consistent experience and the very best of Deloitte worldwide. The team supports, develops, writes, and presents market intelligence outputs for internal practitioners across the globe, powering Deloitte’s market strategies with actionable insights.
Work you’ll do
- Support the strategic direction and priorities for the GSIC team in collaboration with senior leadership and the management team.
- Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to help solve organizational challenges and develop practical recommendations.
- Support the implementation of workstreams aligned with organizational strategy, with a focus on effective execution and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives at the team and broader service line level.
- Use a structured approach to drive initiatives through effective planning, governance, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Manage assigned scope of work and stakeholder commitments with a strong focus on execution and quality.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or support needs in a timely manner.
- Support leadership in operational planning, forecasting, and budget management for the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to change management efforts by helping design and execute strategies, building stakeholder alignment, and adapting effectively to evolving priorities.
- Build and leverage networks across Deloitte to support GSIC’s priorities and goals. Collaborate closely with internal enabling teams to improve operational effectiveness, delivery, recruitment, and learning initiatives.
- Support the development of team members through timely coaching, mentoring, and active participation in Deloitte’s performance management processes.
- Help identify, adopt, and implement industry best practices within the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives at the team and broader service line level.

Skills / Qualification
- MBA or equivalent post-graduation with at least 10-12 years of experience with professional services firm of repute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic priorities to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Strong Program / Project management experience with knowledge of agile methodologies and process excellence
- Experience working in large corporations in a global setting and highly matrixed environment
- Ability to manage and gain consensus from different stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty by demonstrating adaptive mindset
- Advanced storyboarding skills to develop executive-audience ready outputs to influence actions and outcomes
- Has hands-on experience developing advanced excel dashboards and power point outputs. Knowledge of other productivity and information design tools is an added advantage
- Proficiency in managing KPIs and operational data to design customized reporting meant for senior leadership based on the objective
- Experience in processing information to develop presentations that have compelling information design and logical structure is preferred skill
- Knowledge or exposure to best practices in process excellence or project management is an added advantage
