The team supports Deloitte’s leaders with strategic thinking and program management support for their go-to-market strategies, eminence agenda, and impact on our clients.
Work you’ll do
- Collaborate with Deloitte’s senior leadership by extending program support and strategy development for strategic priorities related to (but not limited to) growth competition, innovation, industry disruptions, alliances, and ecosystems.
- Provide consultative solutions by applying program management techniques and methodologies.
- Devise and implement best practices for coordinating and tracking program goals. Set common expectations and standards for all projects and participants.
- Develop agendas, manage the cadence of updates, and disburse information to workstreams to improve the program's efficient functioning.
- Develop tools and tracking mechanisms for key performance indicators and create reports for leadership consumption.
- Address specific research needs for the program which could include competitive intelligence, industry, and topic-specific insights.
- Suggest alternatives and creative solutions to address clients' and stakeholders' current and anticipatory needs. Take the relationship beyond the transactional level.
- Present crisp and actionable recommendations for senior leadership with an acute focus on ‘so-what’ for Deloitte’s clients and businesses.
- Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities.
- Mentor and coach new members of the team to come up to speed.
- Participate in team-level operational and brainstorming activities
Qualifications
- MBA or master’s degree in a related field, with 6-9 years with at least two years of hands-on experience in program management, strategy roles, and reporting to leadership-level audiences.
- Client-service exposure or experience in working with senior leadership directly is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, project ownership, and a strong track record of executing high-impact projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills
- Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
- Certification in program management from a reputed institution (PMI, IASSC, SCRUM) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid research skills and familiarity with various research tools (Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Factiva, etc.)
- Hands-on experience working on Generative AI tools. Exposure to prompt engineering is an added advantage.
