Work You’ll Do (Specific Responsibilities) Develop Learning Experiences
· Create engaging learning content using Deloitte’s resources and AI-powered tools to provide guidance technology implementations.
· Develop various training materials, including classroom and self-paced modules, guides, simulations, and job aids.
· Utilize tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, Vyond, and
Strategize Change & Drive Adoption
· Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation programs to enable effective
· Design and provide change strategies for ERP and cloud adoption (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
· Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change impact
Design Workforce Insights
· Provide guidance organizational and job role redesign, as well as workforce transition
· Use diagnostics, interviews, and data analysis to guide cultural
Enable Project Excellence
· Collaborate with global clients and internal teams, both virtually and in-person, to assist project
· Create high-quality documentation and actionable insights using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

As part of your role at Deloitte and its related entities, you may be required to work in various shift timings, including night shifts, to support client deliverables. This could also involve working beyond standard hours, including weekends, holidays and also from Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC) or Client Location. skills, and work at designated locations as determined by the company.
