About

We are looking for talented practitioners with strong problem-solving abilities to join Deloitte’s Strategy, Innovation, and Technology team. Work you will do

As a Deloitte Strategy, Innovation, & Technology practitioner, you will work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to diverse projects and experiences and will gain exposure to a variety of industries and business problems as you work with senior leaders across the firm, ecosystem partners, clients, and other key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.

You will assist in shaping the business strategy and developing new solutions across our multi-billion-dollar practice by staying at the forefront of client needs, experimenting with potential opportunities on the horizon, determining product market fit and shaping viable ideas to market-ready solutions.

Our practitioners have the broad skills needed to work on a wide variety of business initiatives and the ability to develop specific job deliverables depending on stakeholder needs. You will be able to exercise both analytical and creative thinking with the opportunity to understand complex topics and issues, come up with innovative solutions and articulate your findings effectively. You will be required to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, cross-location collaboration with globally distributed teams, drive and own project delivery and act with integrity and while exercising candor. Key Focus Areas

You would have an opportunity to gain experience in:

• Developing point-of-views on emerging trends, technologies, innovations and disruptions, and their implications for our clients and our business, and recommending actions that would help unlock exponential future growth for the business.

• Identifying, assessing, and validating key market opportunities through rapid prototyping, active experimentation, and early-stage client interactions to shape new ideas, incubate new ideas, and supporting the design and launch of new businesses to support growth.

• Managing the firm's innovation portfolio through a centralized platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

• Engaging with business units to create, refresh, and align on strategies for growth and resolve complex business challenges.

• Driving strategic priorities to align with evolving market conditions and client needs, competitor benchmarking, white space analysis of capabilities and solutions and market sizing.

• Assisting in the identification and development of new client relationships and alliance ventures, fostering innovative business models and expanding the Sensing and Shaping program.

• Driving firm’s innovation purpose and competency by facilitating active engagement with professionals, clients, ecosystem partners through dedicated Innovation Spaces.

Qualifications Required:

• MBA/PGDM in any specialization barring HR/HRM

• 0-36 months of previous, full time work experience

• Demonstrates curiosity, has the ability to quickly grasp new subjects/concepts, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

• Is a strategic, analytical, critical, logical, and creative thinker.

• Is passionate about innovation, experimentation, and futuristic business trends.

• Can prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, collaborate effectively, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.

• Likes to stay connected to and maintain relationships with the external innovation ecosystem.

• Has strong teaming and team leadership skills, as well as people skills, including mentoring skills.

• Has strong executive presence, can work with multiple stakeholders, has good communication (written and verbal), can build high quality deliverables, and can deliver effective presentations.

• Is comfortable working in a global context, and can thrive in virtual settings.
