Position Summary

SAP IS Retail Consultant

Deloitte is looking for SAP IS Retail Consultant who will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP IS Retail solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients.

Work you’ll do

SAP IS Retail Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP IS Retail solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their retail processes, configuring SAP IS Retail modules, and providing expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS Retail modules, including but not limited to Merchandise Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Inventory Management.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and define business requirements and processes in collaboration with clients to ensure alignment with SAP IS Retail capabilities.
• Solution Design: Design and develop SAP IS Retail solutions to meet client needs, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Project Management: Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and client teams to ensure effective utilization of SAP IS Retail solutions.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the SAP IS Retail environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP IS Retail modules and related SAP technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IS Retail configurations and processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification in IS Retail is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in SAP IS Retail implementation and support.

• Works closely with other SAP consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.

Successful delivery of SAP IS Retail projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Client satisfaction and feedback.
• Quality and accuracy of configurations and documentation.
• Effectiveness of training and support provided to end-users.
