Position Summary

Work you’ll do

The key job responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement through regular discussion with the client and/or internal teams to assess service delivery
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple domains of Workday Security
  • Lookout for potential risks on client engagements diligently and highlight to leadership proactively  
  • Demonstrate strong people management & networking skills
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and build team members’ strengths
  • Play substantive/lead role on projects including project planning, management and managing quality
  • Participate in proposal development efforts
  • Assist in recruitment and retention of professionals
  • Participate in team management and training efforts at practice level

Required skills

     Minimum 2.5 to 5 years of experience with Workday Security. This would include detailed experience on Configurable Security and functional and system level configurations which impact security design.

     Experience in full cycle Workday Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to ERP security.

     Experience in large and complex projects with multiple rollouts for countries/regions.

     Experience in leading security design workshops.

     Strong understating of Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi-factored authentication (MFA) features in Workday.

     Understand leading practices as it relates to Workday Security and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation.

     Ability to design, implement, and test Workday automated, manual, business process and security controls and how to optimize controls.

     Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks and personally identifiable information (PII) as they relate to Workday.

     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred skills

·       Big 4 experience.

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management Tools like Okta, Duo, Active Directory and how they integrate with Workday.
  • Knowledge/experience in data protection tools and techniques.

·       Workday Functional Certifications.

·       Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus.

·       B.Tech/M.Tech/MS
