 Investigations & Disputes

At Deloitte Core Forensics team, candidates will have opportunities to work on one or more of our key service lines, including Corporate Investigations, Litigations and Dispute Consulting, Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption compliance, Anti- Fraud, Supply Chain Forensics and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Investigations. In Core Forensics team, we work with CXOs and other corporate leadership to help them reduce, manage, and mitigate risk. We do this by helping them improve processes and procedures in areas such as audit, regulatory compliance, mergers, and acquisitions, etc. 

Work you’ll do

The key job responsibilities will be to:

  • Working with project teams in US or other Deloitte member firms on forensic engagements.
  • Key services include Corporate Investigations, Litigations and Dispute Consulting, Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption compliance, Anti- Fraud, Supply Chain Forensics and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Investigations.
  • Understanding the scope of engagements.
  • Conducting in-depth research on various topics using proprietary databases and/or public domain.
  • Providing support in classifying/categorizing work papers in the initial stages of assignments.
  • Assisting with reviewing/analyzing financial statements, emails, and other documentation for anomalies.
  • Interacting with internal clients and communicating with Associates and Senior Associates in the US.
  • Delivering high quality deliverables, assisting other team members as and when required.
  • Frequently communicating the project status and related issues to the immediate supervisor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

                    Required skills :

  • For MBAs: 1-3 years of work experience in internal audit
  • Sound understanding of accounting concepts and quantitative/analytical techniques.
  • Experience in FCPA,ABAC, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Bribery, Ethics and Compliance, Integrity review, Integrity Investigations and Corporate Investigations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Professional demeanour and strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Flexibility regarding potential international travel requirements for client service projects
  • Ability to effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
  •       Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Preferred skills

           Big 4 experience, experience in professional services firm

Qualification

         MBAs/Cas/Csc or equivalent degrees
