Candidatesshould have the ability to listen to, understand and incorporate client needs and objectives into work plans and to execute the work. The candidate should also have the ability to participate in client service teams performing tasks with some oversight and supervision. Our goal is to provide a variety of experiences that will allow you to learn and understand our practice. Consultants will be staffed on engagements where they will have the opportunity to provide an array of program and project management services. Work you’ll do As an experienced Consultant within our practice you will:
••Help our clients make infrastructure decisions that strategically align withorganizational objectives
••Build suitable structures, systems and controls so that our clients can delivercapital projects with confidence
••Help organizations plan, manage and control project cost and schedule throughconstruction auditing, schedule analysis and litigation support
••Deploy construction analytics to help our clients harness data to create insights inactionable form
••Help our clients to increase accountability and transparency throughout the assetmanagement lifecycle
••Provide financial advisory assistance in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures andfinancial restructurings
••Assess capital project programs, construction management processes and controls,and project risk
•• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
•• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
•• Assist in proposal development, as requested
••Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through trainingcourses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

The I&CP practice is a market leader in delivering solutions related to transactions andbusiness events across the capital asset lifecycle. Our clients are in asset-intensive industries such as oil and gas, power and utilities, telecommunications, consumer and industrial products, and the public sector. Our professionals, many of whom are engineers with practical industry experience and advanced degrees, provide services through four major market offerings: Investment Confidence Delivery Confidence Cost and Schedule Confidence Digital Capital Projects These services are delivered across the five primary phases of the capital asset lifecycle (Strategy & Planning, Procurement, Execution & Construction, Operations & Maintenance, and Disposal) and include assessments to capital efficiency, governance structure and process design, contractual compliance, risk management, claims management, and project controls and analytics. Qualifications Required:
•Master's degree in Civil Engineering, / Construction Management from reputed institutes
•2-4 years of experience in construction / infrastructure advisory role plus mandatoryconsulting related experience
•Experience with the analysis of project cost and schedule data using construction industrytechniques and software applications
•Providing construction dispute support including documentation review, analyzing issuesrelated to dispute and cost/schedule assessment for client projects.
•Provide support related to Capital Projects Consulting which includes Capital ProjectProcess improvement, Capital Project Oversight, & Construction Cost and Project ControlAssessments.
•Proficient with cost auditing techniques, forensic scheduling analysis, earned valuemanagement tools
•Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
•Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wideaudience
•Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well asInternet research tools
•Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
•Hands on experience on Primavera Tools and Microsoft Project
Preferred:
•Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
•Knowledge of dashboarding tools, Microsoft Power BI, BIM
•Hands on experience with construction softwares such as Oracle Unifier, Kahua, Procore •Currently certified as a PMP
•MBA
