We help organizations in their efforts to achieve regulatory and legal compliance and transform their departments to add greater value to the business. We combine highly specialized skills in discovery and data management, corporate investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and anti-fraud with financial acumen and advanced analytics to produce transformative insights.

Work you’ll do


As a Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will deliver transformative outcome-based technology enabled solutions with a focus on people, process, and technology. This will help clients streamline operations, automate tasks, and improve processes in their finance, accounting, risk, and operations functions. You may also have oversight responsibilities over junior staff, with responsibility for providing regular guidance & training, and delivering performance feedback.

·       Learning and facilitating use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement process change, new products, or new services

·       Gathering and analyzing client requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving stakeholder interviews through storyboarding, workshops, or persona journey maps

·       Engage with design stakeholders to design or provide feedback on UI/UX artifacts

·       Collaborating with multi-functional stakeholders to gather input, solicit feedback, and implement user stories and requirements to fulfill business requirements

·       Conducting or facilitating User Acceptance Testing of solution enhancements

·       Preparing and presenting written and verbal materials such as reports, findings, proposals, and systems training, and assisting sales efforts through engagement with clients and prospective clients

·       The desired candidate is passionate about technology and comfortable solving and reframing business problems using a design and consulting mindset.

·       Prepare mockups of ServiceNow forms based on stakeholder requirements

·       Facilitate demonstrations of incremental development activities

·       Refine requirement documentation based on stakeholder and developer feedback, keeping user stories and acceptance criteria up to date based on evolving discussions

·       Prepare workflow diagrams

The candidate will be detail oriented, possess strong listening, verbal/written communication skills, and able to collaborate well with others.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Risk Management, Financial Services, or Life Sciences domains /industries
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients and other stakeholders
  • Broad knowledge of modern IT architecture and deployment (e.g., REST, databases, APIs, containers, workflows)
  • Experience evaluating business processes, requirements, identifying improvement areas, and developing optimization strategies
  • Proficiency in foundational data analysis and developing analytical models in Excel
  • Experience in change management projects
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile project management (SAFe certification a plus)

·       Experience using Agile tools such Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow

·       Experience with stakeholder management

  • Capturing and rationalizing requirements from clients
  • Foundational knowledge and experience with cloud PaaS and IaaS components and architecture solution
  • Remote role with the ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred skills

  • Experience in cyber security policy management
  • Experience affecting organizational change through transformational roadmaps and business design
  • ServiceNow Certifications (Certified Administrator, ITSM, Service Bridge, Case Management,
  • Deep understanding of TSM, ITSM, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge, and Request Management processes, Portal, Reporting capabilities
  • Understanding of Cortex Datalake capabilities
  • Understanding of Splunk capabilities
