Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do –
Increasingly complex tax decisions can have a significant effect positive or negative on the future of our clients’ business.
Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help our clients excel globally.
Key responsibilities –
· Support application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements.
· Design and manage customers’ intranets.
· Implement, support, and manage secured applications.
· Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system.
· Implement preset operational standards and procedures.
· Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals.
· Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledgebase for the section.
· Relevant experience in support process
· Resource should be willing to work under shifts.
· Knowledge on SQL queries
Qualification –
BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience Required – 3 to 5 Years
· Incident Response: Monitor alerts and incidents related to SQL Server databases and .NET applications in production.
· Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting application performance and availability.
· Change Management: Implement changes to production environments following established procedures and protocols.
· Development: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and complex SQL queries, stored procedures.
Preferred –
· Preference to have knowledge in .Net and knowledge of F&A
· Preference to have Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience.
· Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
· Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform trade-offs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs.
· Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.
