You will assist the Australian CSO team, which is a specific team that provides services to the firm through the coordination and supporting on multiple tasks. The team assists numerous technical teams in Australia with a range of administrative tasks, such as client onboarding, client packs, client setups in different software, report preparation, and other related administrative duties. This guarantees accurate and timely task management while delivering exceptional service to the practitioners.

The key job responsibilities include the following:

·  Supporting the Engagement team with Onboarding activities which includes Client Set up, Client Opportunity Creations, DRMS (Deloitte Risk Management System) completion, Engagement Code set up and Billing

·  Processing of the Annual Company Statements

·  Preparation of ATO correspondence and any other documentation required to be submitted to Client, ATO or any other Institution.

·  Provide lodgement assistance for the Clients

·  Preparation of Client Packs for the Engagement team

·  Setting up the Clients on various Softwares

·  Prepare reports for the team as required

·  Perform data entry/coding tasks on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as necessary

·  Perform administrative and operational duties for all the processes which includes work allocation, application testing, database maintenance of the team, assistance during the movement process, and other administrative tasks as per the business requirement. 

·  Communicate with the Australian teams as necessary

·  Attend training sessions necessary for technical and personal development as necessary

·  Collaborating, sharing new ideas and accountability.

o Assist the managers/directors with business development opportunities

The key skills required are as follows:

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree is essential

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office user, particularly excel, word and power point.

• Passion for learning and developing technical skills

• Sound interpersonal skills and committed to working as part of an integrated service delivery team

• Shows initiative and is proactive in seeking resolution of issues and in learning the business

• Understands the critical importance of achieving deadlines and identifies issues that may impact on our service delivery

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to “think outside the box” when identifying problems and developing solutions

• Understanding of financial accounting is essential

• Understanding of tax expressions would be desirable
