We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technology Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.


Job Summary:
The Technology Assistant Manager in LDS will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge learning technology solutions. This individual will be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React js, Node js, Python, SQL, Angular, and 3.js, with a strong understanding of gamification and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a research mindset, the ability to solve technical problems, and the capability to lead and mentor a team. Additionally, knowledge of GenAI tools for smart implementation and server management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive and engaging learning solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Angular, React js, Node js, and 3.js.
  • Integrate gamification elements into learning solutions to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems to ensure seamless delivery of learning content.
  • Provide expert advice and consulting services on learning technology solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in learning design and development. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to learning technologies and platforms.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of learning designers and developers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of learning projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and IT professionals, to deliver comprehensive learning solutions.
  • Utilize GenAI tools for smart implementation of learning solutions. AI awareness, industry knowledge around AI and Agentic AI is a plus 
  • Knowledge of server management to support the deployment and maintenance of learning technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning design and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Angular, and 3.js. Experience with gamification and e-learning tools. Knowledge of GenAI tools and server management.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to provide strategic learning technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve learning solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • : Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
