GXP Gatekeeper, Senior Consultant
As a GXP Gatekeeper, you will independently oversee all aspects of quality standards, ensuring every documentation quality meets the expectations of the Quality Standards. Your contributions will be crucial in reducing defects and review cycles. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders across projects, you will coordinate and manage risks to meet documentation deliverable timelines.
By defining and maintaining quality standards, this role ensures the processes meet QA expectations and industry best practices, enhancing decision-making and competitive advantage. You will drive continuous improvement, manage risks, maintain quality records, and provide training and support to team members. Coordinating deliverables and integrating feedback, you will help innovate, adapt, and evolve in a dynamic business and technological landscape.
Work you’ll do
- Lead core execution teams, providing clear direction and effective delegation
- Mentor and support junior team members, facilitating their development and addressing any concerns
- Serve as a vital link between the execution layer and the management layer, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Define Quality Standards and criteria that align with QA expectations, internal guidelines and industry best practices
- Drive continuous improvement within the QA process, suggesting and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify potential risks related to documentation timelines, quality at each stage and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid impacts on the review and approval timelines
- Maintain records of quality issues and the outcomes of quality gate checks and communicate the outcomes of review periodically to IT Quality Delivery Lead.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality standards, ways of working, tools, ensure they are aligned on the dynamic changes in requirements
- Facilitate the implementation of feedback from quality reviews into future product iterations or projects
- Coordinate deliverables schedule with project manager, authors, reviewers/approvers
- Drive deliverable creation and provide guidance/assistance where needed
- Provide timely review of all deliverables and assist with revisions where needed
- Manage day-to-day activities, risks, issues
- Report workstream status to all relevant delivery leads
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field required. Master's degree in a similar field would be a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance methodologies, standards and industry best practices
- Documentation Skills (Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and document management tools)
- Experience in Risk Management & Project Coordination
- Good communication skills and should be a great team player
- Hands-on experience on Automation and Performance Testing
- Knowledge or exposure on any of the following applications:
- Testing tools (like Jira)
- ServiceNow
- SAMD applications
- Content management applications like Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, wordpress
- Analytics and Personalization
