Senior Analyst – Tech Support – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

JP MF IT Support is a part of MF support, it is responsible for driving readiness and Change Management tasks. The scope includes working on Deployments delivering new services, engaging, and working with various teams in JP MF and Global including Product teams, business teams, Network, Operations teams to gauge their readiness and ability to adopt a solution, communication planning and execution, and other change management tasks around the adoption of new technologies.

Role Specific Responsibilities / Work you’ll do

·       Hands on Experience on Windows Server and Application (IIS) Administration

·       Hands on Experience on SQL Server Administration/ Azure Fundamentals & Administration is a nice to have.

·       Strong knowledge and/or hands on experience on any scripting languages like Powershell.

·       Good knowledge on Application testing and ability to participate in various business testing activities by understanding core functions of Audit applications.

·       Basic Knowledge of MS SQL Programming, Power BI and ability to create reports using Power BI

·       Good understanding of application management and operational support on Microsoft platforms, with a specific focus online of business applications.

·       Basic understanding of reporting and analysis. Ability to use reporting tools to collect data and to provide output with basic interpretation. Examples include breaches of thresholds, service levels etc.

·       Proactively manage the day-to-day relationship with the stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

·       Awareness of the importance of Information Security and the associated policies, processes and activities undertaken within JP MF

·       Understands technology and technical concepts; Produces written materials with a consistent approach and tone; Communicates effectively with stakeholders and project team members regarding technical concepts.

·       Demonstrates awareness of major external technology vendors and understands critical information about future-oriented technologies; Drafts and participates in the development of service agreement contracts with vendors.

·       Understanding of the concepts and principles behind DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile, Lean, etc.

·       Own and drive forward improvements within the managed teams and produce recommendations for service improvements.

·       Completes SLA measurement and analysis management to ensure all commitments are met.

·       Service troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains - will be expected to participate in On-Call escalations to troubleshoot customer facing issues.

·       Assessment and coordination of upgrades and patches/fixes, vulnerability management.

·       Assist with the automation of core tasks for Operations team is a plus.

·       USI JP MF Team is responsible for executing and managing the Audit applications and technology infrastructure that supports business processes for Japan MF.

·       We manage a portfolio of enterprise scale applications and solutions used by practitioners in Japan.

·       We have programs and projects spanning across a multitude of technologies and always abreast on evolving technologies and emerging industry leading practices such as agile.

Location: Hyderabad

Work shift Timings: 7 AM to 4 PM

Qualifications

Essential

  • A bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years of IT Experience in Microsoft Technologies.
  • A strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skill

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of technology architecture and blueprints on Microsoft Technology Stack.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving of complex hardware, software, and network issues
  • Understanding the application requirements, Executing test cases and Reporting test results.
  • Good understanding of enterprise level administration of large scale globally disbursed infrastructure and supporting applications.
  • Basic understanding of F5/hardware load balancer capabilities.
  • Validation and Verification of multi-tier web applications
  • Good understanding of PowerShell or any other scripting languages.
  • Understanding of application performance troubleshooting and tuning
  • Good understanding of application management and operational support on Microsoft platforms, with a specific focus online of business applications.
  • Understanding of reporting and analysis. Ability to use reporting tools to collect data and to provide output with high level interpretation. Examples include breaches of thresholds, service levels etc.
  • Awareness of the importance of Information Security and the associated policies, processes, and activities.
  • Demonstrates basic understanding of IT Governance concepts and ability to ask appropriate questions to adhere to governance; Ability to quickly understand how governance has been implemented within the organization and knowledge of when to escalate.
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day relationship with the stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Having worked with Azure Administration is a nice to have.
  • Understanding of the concepts and principles behind DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile, Lean, etc.
