Job Title: Knowledge Management Analyst
The Team
The Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent. We are building a tech savvy and innovative capability to support Deloitte’s preboarding infrastructure as we transform the Preboarding experience for candidates of our US Firm.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization with UI as a background.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of SharePoint (developer / designer / administrator) and other CMS platforms and expertise in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap is desirable.
- Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
- Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
- Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and strong team player.
- Good understanding of Content Management processes, tools and technology
- Ability to pick up technical skills quickly
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Work with Talent stakeholders to maintain and publish content to Knowledge Management platforms.
- Ownership of Knowledge Article Management on ServiceNow and its processes
- End to End Ticket management and case handling on ServiceNow
· Handle Talent on Demand application to post Alerts/Events/To Knows etc.
- Communicate with stakeholders for projects including project planning, reporting
- Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the ServiceNow and other portals
- Follow Deloitte standards for creating pages on SharePoint using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
- Check and ensure completeness and accuracy of deliverables, brand and site rules governing Deloitte's Knowledge Management portals
- Ensure 100% compliance with established site development and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with relevant Knowledge Services team members for completing all site maintenance activities including publishing content and including visual and interactive elements
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
