Work Experience

Total Relevant: 1+ years of professional work experience.        

Location: Hyderabad       

Required Skills:

§  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§  Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team and interact with individuals at all levels

§  Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of Adobe products and Sitecore is a plus; ability and willingness to learn to fill in skill gaps

§  Proven organizational, analytical, and research skills.

§  Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities to meet specific deadlines

§  Willingness to ask questions and learn in order to grow.

§  Conscientious, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, accurate, timely, professional, forward-thinking, proactive, self-starter.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support WNT Tax Xchange & Learning team
  • Compile, collect, input, research, and distribute data necessary to ensure the timely processing of Tax Xchange deliverables
  • Manage workflow with Document & Creative Services (DCS)
  • Support team members with recurring and new Web-related updates (Sitecore)
  • Create and distribute hyperlinks for communications.
  • Assist with monthly National Competency Webcasts, including drafting Outlook invitations and monitoring the CPE compliance process
  • Format draft documents and PowerPoint presentations to conform with the Deloitte brand standards and Tax Xchange team requirements and templates
  • Assist with monthly National Tax Xchange Webcast process, including managing multiple elements by interactions with various TX team stakeholders
  • Assist with maintenance of TX distribution lists and rosters
  • Assist with maintenance and organization of the Tax Xchange Teams and SharePoint site
  • Monitor and maintain various shared Outlook mailboxes and calendars
  • Review Tax Xchange Web metrics; including assembling special reports as needed
  • Compile and maintain Tax Xchange internal communications list
  • Assemble agendas for team meetings and calls
