Senior Consultant – Tax Technology Consulting – Contract Lifecycle Management

Work you’ll do
As a professional in Deloitte’s Tax Management Consulting (TMC) team, you will be a part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, , data wrangling and document extraction and data management and analytics that help legal departments maximize the strategic value to the organization.  You will deliver services for companies that streamline their process and increase efficiency; leveraging numerous applications.

This is a unique opportunity for you to join a team as it expands and help us position Deloitte as the clear contract management technology leader.


Key responsibilities will be to:

  • Configure contract management technologies based on requirements documented by the TMC client facing team.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to compile comprehensive test scenarios and identify flaws as well as improvements to newly built systems and processes
  • Gather and document contract management requirements for business and performing system fit and gap analysis

Experience Required

  • 5 to 15+ years of total experience.
  • 5 - 10 years of Implementation experience in  Sirion and/or Icertis CLM applications and other related or similar technologies.

·       Expert in CLM configuration with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation and the design of the contracting processes and related functionality

  • Multiple successful project implementation experience in, Sirion or Icertis or other CLM applications.
  • Strong in project management, leadership abilities, and has tendency to independently execute project cycles and deliverables.
  • Relentless focus on quality of work products while adhering to completing deliverables on time
  • Effective communications and strong presentation and team building skills. Proactive, participates in firm-based activities, and owns his/her career.
  • Strong analytical skills in business process design and requirements preparation
  • Team Management experience (For Senior Professionals)

 

Preferred Skills:

·       Certifications with any of the tools mentioned, as well as PMP or PMI-ACP, and/or Scrum Master

·       Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or QlikView and others

Education/Background:

MBA or Chartered Accountant with overall experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Audit
