• You will be part of a project management team working on delivering cross-functional (VAT/Finance/Technology) services.

• You'll collaborate and contribute to understanding business requirements and providing solutions to address various challenges and opportunities.

• You will assist in coordinating the entire lifecycle of the project, from the design phase to delivery and closure.

• On Project Initiation: You will assist in drafting project plans, including the roadmap and budget, maintaining proper documentation, and keeping these up-to-date and under control as the project evolves.

• During Project Delivery: You will provide administrative and coordination support to the project team, ensuring follow-up on key milestones, actions, deliverables and budget.

• On Project Communication: You will facilitate keeping all stakeholders informed about the progress of the project. You will escalate problems as and when needed. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of periodic project reports.

• You will contribute to the development of best practices and project management standards while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Full time Bachelor’s (B. Com / B.Tech ) in Commerce or Computer Science or Masters (MBA) equivalent from reputed University with minimum of 60% and above or equivalent CGPA

• Fluency in English

• Microsoft Office suite knowledge – Powerpoint & Excel is a must

• Planning & prioritizing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

• An interest in Tax, Accounting or Finance in combination with Technology

• Previous experience managing projects or possessing project management certification, e.g. Prince2

• First work experience in an international environment is desirable

• Knowledge on MS Project or any other Project Management software

• Knowledge of one other European language is beneficial
