Visual Experience Design—Senior Analyst
Location- Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram
Time- 11 AM to 8 PM

Work you’ll do

A graphic designer assists in all graphic design projects ensuring client satisfaction with all services and deliverables. A graphic designer is accountable for creative, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of rich media projects, professional-level presentations, high-end animation, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and other corporate collaterals. A graphic designer is responsible for/dependent on effective teamwork and communication. In addition, a graphic designer is responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality. This position requires experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.
• Comprehend and translate storyboards and requirements into learning solutions and creative assets
• Develop unique and innovative ways by which to display concepts and processes
• Research and find out the market trends in graphic design and implement the newest trends in day-to-day work
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and help the junior team members to upskill themselves
• Escalate any issues affecting timeliness or scope of development work

The team

The LDS team in India focuses on designing and implementing organizational learning to enhance our own workforce’s capabilities and improve their clients’ outcomes. The LDS team is involved in designing and developing learning solutions to meet our clients’ business and learning needs, keeping the next generation workforce in the center. The team works on video-based, game-based, traditional e-learning, ILTs, VILTs, and experimental learning.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Design, or Diploma in Graphic/Web Designing
• Five to Seven years in developing/editing different learning media types, such as UI and UX design, Website design, eLearning courses, motion graphics, Infographics, print design, audio editing
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint)
• Expertise in a variety of multimedia tools, such as Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premiere and audio editing software
• Ability to create freehand and digital illustrations
• Ability to effectively interact with customers across geographies; understand the scope and purpose of the clients’ requirements
• Ability to take project brief from clients, and guidance from senior designers/leads, to develop storyboards, provide concepts based on customer interaction, designing, troubleshooting, and producing a final product
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred

• Possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods in order to meet deadlines
• Work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team
• Explore new tools and technologies and share knowledge with team members
• Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects
• Pro-actively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues, and escalate issues as necessary
• Demonstrate outstanding visualization skills and the ability to translate them into graphic elements for a learning environment. Additionally, advanced attention to detail will be required for success in this role
