As a SWAT PM Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will interact with the team, internal stakeholders, manage At Risk calls and team to deliver high-quality deliverables that will be essential to the seamless execution of the PM low performance process for the businesses.

Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM

Job Summary

The Performance Management (PM) – SWAT Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for managing AT Risk for Low Performance conversations efficiently in support of the FSS business groups, in collaboration with the PM Specialists.

The PM SWAT Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for managing AT Risk conversations and the transactional and operational tasks enabling seamless execution of the PM processes for the assigned business group. Due to Deloitte’s data-driven PM process, the PM Analyst/Senior Analyst must be a detail oriented and should have the process understanding and should be able to communicate clearly and maintain high confidentiality of the data and conversations as part of the role.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

Process execution

·       Support managing At Risk calls for the aligned FSS

·       Executes logistics as needed for managing the At risk conversations

·       Prepares materials and reports in support of meetings ensuring high-quality deliverables.

·       Managing stakeholders, having connects to understand upcoming volumes and plan for delivery

·       Maintain high confidentiality and quality

Data analysis and reporting

·       Generates PM reports for identified processes ensuring high accuracy and quality

·       Updates and reviews trackers and lists managed by the PM team

·       Being the owner, maintains PM data and ensures it is accurate

·       Provides meaningful data summaries and insights (i.e. summary pivots)

·       Reviews data output for risks and escalates issues as needed

Communications

·       Manages inquiries for Low performance process; escalates to PM Specialists or Managers as needed

·       Drafts and sends out various emails with guidance from the PM Specialist

·       Initiates conversations as required under the direction of the PM Specialists and Managers

·       Demonstrates strong communication skills

·       Collaborates and effectively works through dependencies

 Training and skills development

·       Completes training courses to keep skill set up to date (Required skills – Excel, PPT, Analytical & communication)

·       Discusses areas of improvement with leadership and seeks out professional development opportunities to close potential gaps

·       Advises PM Specialist as needed on the LP / PM processes and shares best practices to improve the process and gain efficiencies

Process Excellence

·       Manages At Risk conversations in partnership with PM Specialists and PM Managers.

·       Standardizes and streamlines the processes and works towards process improvements.

·       Troubleshoots potential process issues and provides solutions

·       Maintains and updates SOPs, FAQ’s, etc. regularly, for seamless backup support and delivery

·       Collaborates with PM Lead, other PM Managers and Process and Operations Lead on identifying process efficiencies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree, 2 – 4 years of Human Resource Management or related experience/ masters in HR/Business Management/certification in HR

·       Prior experience in managing critical conversations, generating reports and analyzing data and stakeholder management

·       Preferably experienced in managing ARLP conversations in performance management or SWAT

 Required Technical Skills:

·       Generates reports, interprets data, and identifies trends and performance insights, communicates clearly.

·       Moves work forward proactively with limited guidance from the PM Specialists.

·       Thinks Strategically and effectively, prioritizing tasks

·       Exhibits flexibility and learning agility

·       Demonstrates creative problem – solving skills

·       Manages reporting requests on a continuous basis

·       Identifies issues and resolves effectively – knows when to escalate issues to specialist and Managers as appropriate

·       Effectively leverage tools such Tableau, SFDC, Service Now etc.

·       Handles confidential information according to Deloitte Administrative Policy Release (APR) guidelines

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel advanced and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must
