Media DesignꟷSenior Analyst

Location- Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram

Shift- 11 AM to 8 PM

We the Learning Design Services (LDS) at Deloitte are involved in creating rich media learning solutions for our global clients. Our learning solutions span from traditional content development to employing technology and audio-visual components to enhance the end-user’s learning experience. Work you’ll do

As a media designer, you will work with the Learning Development and Media Lead to translate and develop complex ideas into audio visual elements for a learning environment. Not only will you work independently with minimum day-to-day supervision, but you’ll also get great opportunities to collaborate with a diverse group of creative and talented professionals on tough and challenging projects. Your other responsibilities will include:

• Developing audio visual material; work hands-on on different media-related software, such as Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Pro-show, Adobe Audition, and Audacity

• Handling DSLR cameras for shooting videos and editing them

• Photography for various corporate events

• Creating motion graphics, character-based animations using Adobe After Effects

• Doing audio editing and basic sound mixing

• Comprehending and translating storyboards and requirements into creative videos

• Work independently with stakeholders on complex media projects

• Working on special projects as needed

• Escalating any issues affecting timeliness or scope of development work

The team

The LDS team in India focuses on designing and implementing organizational learning to enhance our own workforce’s capabilities and improve their clients’ outcomes. The LDS team is involved in designing and developing learning solutions to meet our clients’ business and learning needs, keeping the next generation workforce in the center. The team works on video-based, game-based, traditional e-learning, ILTs, VILTs, and experimental learning.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate or Post Graduate

• 4 to 8 years of experience in developing/editing different media types

• Proficient with MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint)

• Expert in a variety of multimedia tools, such as, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Pro-show, Adobe Audition, and Audacity

• Ability to handle DSLR for shooting videos and editing them

• Ability to sketch and draw is an added advantage

Preferred

• Graduation or Post graduation in Mass Communication and Journalism

• Experience working in media production houses or TV channels

• Flexible work style and ability to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods in order to meet deadlines

• Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team

• A client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects

• Ability to proactively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues, and escalate issues as necessary

• Outstanding visualization skills and the ability to translate them into graphic elements for a learning environment. Additionally, advanced attention to detail will be required for success in this role
