Visual Experience Design—Analyst

Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon

At Deloitte, Learning Design Services (LDS), we provide design services to our clients using an approach designed to meet their learning design requirements. As a graphic designer, you'll design and develop graphic solutions to aid the overall learning solution design. The graphic solutions will be based on the client’s requirements, desired learning outcome, and the processes we follow. Work you’ll do

As a VxD Analyst, you will assist in all visual design projects ensuring client satisfaction with all services and deliverables. The VxD  will be accountable for themselves and their team, accomplishing creative, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of rich media projects, professional-level presentations, high-end animation, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and other corporate collaterals. The VxD analyst is responsible for/dependent on effective teamwork and communication. In addition, the VxD analyst is responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality. This position requires proficient experience in multiple software packages and the ability to lead the graphic designers to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.

·        Comprehend and translate storyboards and requirements into learning solutions and creative assets

·        Develop unique and innovative ways by which to display concepts and processes

·        Research and find out the market trends in graphic design and guide the team to implement the newest trends in day-to-day work

·        Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and help the team members to upskill themselves

·        Escalate any issues affecting timeliness or scope of development work

·        Well versed with project management, risk management, team management

The team

The LDS team in India focuses on designing and implementing organizational learning to enhance our own workforce’s capabilities and improve their client outcomes. The LDS team designs and develops instructionally sound eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training material, instructor-led training material, and experimental learning courses to meet business and learning requirements of talent within various functions in the Firm.

Qualifications

Required

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Design, or Diploma in Graphic/Web Designing

·        Two to six years in developing different learning media types, such as UI and UX design, Website design, eLearning courses, motion graphics, Infographics, print design, audio editing

·        Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·        Well versed in a variety of multimedia tools, such as Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and audio editing software

·        Ability to lead the team, assign task and manage the workload

·        Able to lead Projects, end-to-end, with good project management knowledge

·        Effectively interact with customers across geographies; understand the scope and purpose of the clients’ requirements

·        Take project brief from clients, and provide inputs to designers/leads, to develop storyboards, provide concepts based on customer interaction, designing, troubleshooting, and producing a final product

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods to meet deadlines

·        Work effectively, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team

·        Keen on exploring new tools and technologies. Sharing knowledge with team members

·        Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects

·        Pro-actively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues, and escalate issues as necessary

·        Outstanding visualization skills and the ability to translate them into graphic elements for a learning environment. Additionally, advanced attention to detail will be required for success in this role

·        Knowledge about the learning technologies beyond design tools and platforms and being tech savvy.
