US Sourcing — Sourcing Analyst
Location: Hyderabad
Shift timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Work you will do
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst team, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the Sourcing / Recruiting / Business groups to identify viable talent, develop and deliver intelligence thereby enabling the success of the company and our clients. You may work in any of our businesses involving Consulting, Tax, Advisory, or Audit. The Researcher will deliver comprehensive research and on-demand intelligence for a variety of market and functional specific requests in the Recruitment context. He/she will serve as expert on direct sourcing strategies, tools, methodologies and practices.
- Identify talent / potential candidates for respective industry/ service lines, and propose them to recruiter/ lead Sourcers
- Ability to fast-track applicant review through the in house ATS and AI platforms (HiredScore)
- The sourcing specialist executes the recommended sourcing strategy using priority sourcing channels, maintains candidate data in Candidate Management System (Avature CRM), and provides recruiters and lead sourcers with highly qualified experienced candidates.
- Mine internal databases using the available AI platforms for qualified candidates and contribute to the candidate pipeline database (Avature ATS)
- Adherence to sourcing / Applicant review process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets and delivery timelines
- Maintain current leading-edge knowledge of various technologies external sourcing options (jobsites, professional recruiting sites, etc.)
- Outstanding client service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills
- Good organizational skills, Industry knowledge, interpreting technology trends, Knowledge of competitors at the base level - and knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of sourcing resumes using jobsites, professional networking site
- Any degree
- Excellent written, verbal communication and problem-solving skills for efficient stakeholder management.
- Should have attention to detail and understanding of the Business
- Hands on experience of working on jobsites, professional networking sites
- Experience / knowledge of working on Applicant Tracking Systems like, Taleo, Avature, etc
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT etc) - basic to intermediate level

- MBA in HR is preferred
