Senior Analyst - Strategic Marketing with a focus on lead generation
A marketing and communications professional with strong understanding of professional services marketing services. Someone who can partner with the US Strategic Marketers (SMs) on driving marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead/pipeline generation, enhance the firm’s brand value, and build eminence for our services.
An individual who thinks innovatively and strategically and keeps current on the B2B marketing practices. A team player who can creatively drive campaigns working in tandem with the US marketing leaders.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, demand generation, campaign management, operations, and impact measurement
- Adept understanding of the AIDA model and is able to differentiate marketing strategies based on business and campaign objectives such as driving awareness, interest generation, etc.
- Good understanding of demand generation & lead generation/nurturing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital and key social media channels and content platforms – website, email, Twitter, LinkedIn, podcasts, webcasts, etc.
- Excellent program management by asking consultative questions to understand needs and goals, challenges the status quo, provides innovative, impactful ideas, suggests alternatives, and articulates pros and cons
- Ability to scope, plan, research, analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats to draw meaningful insights
- Build relationships, share new ideas and interact with marketers based in the US
- Should focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities
- Attention to detail with an ability to take ownership, take decisions, and execute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Excellent team player with experience working in virtual teams
What you’ll do:
As a senior strategic marketing analyst in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization in a variety of ways.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Partner with the strategic marketers in launching campaign activations on various digital channels
- Execute campaigns by working with various internal teams and track the performance
- Work with the in-house agency to develop internal and external communications and marketing collaterals to amplify Deloitte’s services and solutions
- Identify marketing leads by reviewing marketing impact data
- Perform detailed analysis of leads and facilitate lead scoring. Work closely with the sales/growth teams to qualify and funnel leads through
- Prepare reports illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
- Create impactful and targeted insights to help SMs and leaders take effective business decisions and tailor campaign strategies based on outcomes
- Provide innovative approaches, share, and leverage best practices
- Collaborate across the organization to design and deliver impactful campaigns
- Strictly adhere to brand guidelines and help develop assets that offer a unified client experience

Qualifications and experience required:
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
- Master’s degree ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications or a related business field
