Job Title: Implementation Engineer - Chatbots & Low-Code/No-Code Platforms – Sr Analyst
As an Implementation Engineer, you'll play a key role in deploying and optimizing chatbot solutions using advanced NLP technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create seamless, engaging customer interactive chatbots and automated workflows for users’ navigation. You'll leverage transformer-based architectures, self-attention mechanisms, and large datasets to ensure our chatbots meet product and service standards. Your knowledge of AI/ML trends will be essential in keeping our chatbot solutions innovative and competitive.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy chatbot solutions on low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring they align with company goals and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement chatbot requirements, including skills, intents, entities, and conversation flows.
- Implement and fine-tune LLMs for chatbot applications, ensuring they are optimized for high-quality, accurate responses.
- Continuously research and integrate the latest trends in AI/ML, particularly in areas like prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and model fine-tuning, to enhance chatbot capabilities.
- Analyze and improve chatbot interactions by assessing performance metrics, including deflection rates and confidence levels, to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Update chatbots with relevant product and service information to keep them accurate and effective.
- Scoping, designing, and developing solutions for various platforms and applications.
- Develop and implement methodologies to maximize the chatbot's learning capabilities, accuracy, and response quality, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Identify and implement improvements based on conversational data and customer feedback, driving continuous optimization of chatbot performance.
- Apply coding expertise to customize and extend chatbot functionalities beyond platform capabilities, using languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, NLG and NLQ with hands-on experience in fine-tuning and training for efficient deployment.
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms and familiarity with coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to implement custom solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts and staying up to date with the latest advancements, including transformer models, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity for new technologies and methods within the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape.
- Experience in configuring and optimizing chatbot, virtual assistant, or similar technologies to deliver impactful customer experiences.
- Proven experience collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop tailored chatbot solutions that address unique needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; certifications in AI, ML, chatbot technologies, or low-code/no-code platforms are a plus.
