The key job responsibilities include the following:
· Participate in requirements analysis.
· Collaborate with US and Vendors’ teams to produce software design and architecture.
· Write clean, scalable code using with Typescript, HTML and CSS within Angular Framework.
· Participate in pull request code review process.
· Test and deploy applications and systems.
· Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
· Develop, support and maintain applications and technology solutions.
· Ensure that all development efforts meet or exceed client expectations. Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, and time and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.
· Become familiar with all development tools, testing tools, methodologies and processes.
· Become familiar with the project management methodology and processes.
· Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.
· Demonstrate a strong working understanding of the industry best standards in software development and version controlling.
· Ensure the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
· Work on agile projects, participate in daily SCRUM calls and provide task updates.
· During design and key development phases, might need to work a staggered shift from 2pm-11pm to ensure appropriate overlap of the India and US teams and project deliveries.
Key skills required:
· 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6/ES2015+), HTML5, CSS3.
· 5+ years with hands-on experience with TypeScript.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 16+ component architecture, applying design patterns.
· Skill for writing reusable components, Angular services, directives and pipes.
· Experience with RxJS operators.
· Experience with Angular 16+ and migrating to newer versions.
· Experience with Angular State management NgRx, NgXs or similar.
· Hands on experience with Kendo UI or Angular material or SpreadJS or similar libraries.
· Unit, E2E and Integration Testing using Jest, Jasmine, Selenium, Cypress of similar framework.
· Comfortable with Git & Git hooks using PowerShell, Terminal or a variation thereof.
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
· Excellent Communication skills both oral & written.
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with US counterparts.
Additional Information/Nice to Have:
· Exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
· Knowledge on Yarn, Webpack, Azure Devops Build/Release configuration.
· SignalR or similar WebSockets technology.
· This is an experienced level position, and we will train the qualified candidate in the required applications.
· Willingness to work extra hours to meet deliverables.
· Exposure to Application Insights & Adobe Analytics.
· Exposure to Docker and its configurations.
· Cypress or component testing.
· Experience with Nx – Nrwl/Nx library for monorepos.
