Assistant manager (L4) - Strategy: USI Office of the Regional Managing Principal (ORMP)
Work you’ll do
As a key resource for the ORMP, you will support and manage multiple strategic projects within the region by partnering closely with senior leaders in the region and firm. You will support key regional priorities from ideation through successful execution with minimal guidance. You will support ORMP leaders by developing high-quality boardroom ready reports - analysis, insights and metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and develop high-quality strategic leadership-ready decks, POVs, industry/competitor benchmarking reports.
- PMO: Drive / track multiple projects within the region, prioritize business needs, proactively manage issues and challenges, navigate through ambiguity and foster a problem-solving environment.
- Develop business cases for new strategic initiatives within the region
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders within Business and Enabling Areas.
- Facilitate effective coordination across teams within the region in a collaborative environment using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills:
- Excellent core business consulting skills including primary and secondary research, data analytics, strategic thinking, business case presentation and reporting
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Ability to develop POVs in ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and ability to build strong teams
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business or related subject from reputed B-schools or comparable international institutions; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in relevant role, preferably in a professional services firm

Office of the Regional Managing Principal (ORMP) serves as the central point of the US firm’s organization in India. Team members in ORMP are highly-skilled and experienced professionals with varied experiences and background, who lead primary work portfolios and support Regional leadership for US firm’s organization in India to drive strategic priorities across the enterprise. US India Risk and Compliance team is part of ORMP.
