Analyst – Confidentiality and Privacy / Risk Management
This position will support the operational processes of the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ Confidentiality and Privacy group. The U.S. Confidentiality & Privacy team is part of the Risk and Brand Protection organization within Deloitte LLP. Key responsibilities of this position are confidentiality and privacy program support including operations support, inquiry support and monitoring technology risks associated with confidentiality and privacy.
Location – Hyderabad, India
Normal Business hours – 2 PM to 11 PM (IST)
Qualifications
· BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent with exposure to Information Technology
· Additional Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA finance or equivalent, will be helpful
Work Experience
· At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Work you’ll do
Key responsibilities of this position support driving the strategic agenda related to identifying and mitigating privacy and confidentiality risks for the US Firms. As per the business requirements, a person will need to work on one or a combination of the following activities.
Activities:
· Support Confidentiality and Privacy Technology Assessments: Demonstrate analytical skills related to Confidentiality & Privacy risk related to systems; understand complex information systems; coordinate with stakeholders across businesses; review the information for completeness and accuracy; identify items for follow-up, update system and track activities methodically with relentless attention to quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
· Support confidentiality and privacy risk assessments for emerging technologies such as generative AI internet of things, blockchain, and follow-up on progress of remediation activities.
- analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership/management meetings.
- · Monitor and manage team’s mailbox including, the review and organization of incoming emails, follow up with stakeholders and escalate/coordinate with US and India team, as applicable.

- Develop in-depth understanding of the US Firms’ businesses and enabling areas to provide quick response and guidance based on potential risks.
- Collaborate across Confidentiality & Privacy service areas
- Support USI specific initiatives (e.g., Confidentiality & Privacy specific initiatives or consultations with USI professionals)
- Provide general support on various projects involving process and automation solutions
- Assist in the creation and update of artifacts (e.g., recurring forms, templates, tools) to improve efficiencies for rapid response of recurring incident activities
- Organize and manage central repository for recurring forms, templates and other knowledge sharing documents to enhance efficiencies across US and USI teams
Required skills:
- Knowledge of information technology processes and architectural concepts
- Risk and compliance experience
