Position Summary


 

CPE Compliance – Analyst

Would be responsible for reviewing and accepting the CPE programs which requires knowledge on NASBA and AICPA standards for CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) programs. Must have the ability to handle high volume and complexity of cases and prioritize accordingly. Would be required to demonstrate a high attention to detail and quality along with ability to manage time, multitask and meet deadlines in organized manner.

Work you’ll do

·       Ensures NASBA and AICPA standards for CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) are followed while approving the programs

·       Performs the review of CPE documentation based on procedures and policies, follow-up communications as needed, and the reporting of errors/escalations to management

·       Ensure the NASBA program standards have been followed while reviewing program content, description and objectives.

·       Must review all the CPE fields on the various CPE systems and ensure the same is accurately updated.

·       Reconcile programs based on the documentation provided for the delivery type and award credits based on the standard CPE calculations.

·       Review External CPE certificates issued for programs attended outside Deloitte and ensure they have been issued from approved CPE sponsor and vendors.

·       Delivery of work with minimal errors, within agreed time frame.

The team

CPE Compliance is an important cog in learning and compliance. Team facilitates delivery of CPE related learning activities. Record and review all compliance related documentation to maintain standards of CPE compliance. Update learning credits for professionals in respective systems, hereby upholding compliance requirement for professionals and organization alike.

 

Qualifications

Required:                                                                 

·       A bachelor’s degree is required to apply for this position. Additionally, degrees and qualifications that are desirable are MBA.

·       Sound verbal and written communication, research, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated attention to detail

·       Ability to present a professional demeanor while delivering prompt, high-level customer service

·       Experience and thorough understanding of the professional services environment

·       Basic Microsoft Office skills, and data processing with high levels of accuracy

Work Timings: 11AM-8PM, 2PM-11PM

Work Location: Hyderabad
