Position Summary

Technical Lead – .NET skillset

We are looking for experienced .NET Full Stack Lead with 8+ years of experience for our projects. As a Tech Lead, he will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing complex web applications using .NET/ Angular technologies. he will play a crucial role in frontend and backend development and ensuring that our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET and Angular frameworks and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architect and developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
  • Design and manage databases using SQL Server or other relational database systems.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability, addressing complex challenges related to frontend and backend architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in web technologies and introduce innovative tools and libraries that can enhance our development processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Adept at developing and maintaining cloud-native application like AWS.
  • Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information for future reference.

Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as a full-stack lead with expertise in .NET/Angular technologies.
  • Proven experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (Angular).
  • Strong experience with back-end technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experienced in cloud technology and development, such as AWS.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Work timings: 9am-4pm, 7pm- 9pm

Location: Hyderabad

USI shared services team provides a wide array of services to the U.S. and it is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio. The shared services team provides call center support, Document Services support, financial processing and analysis support, Record management support, Ethics and compliance support and admin assistant support.
