QA - Senior Analyst, USI Level 3
Demonstrates a working understanding of planning, developing and coordinating automation testing activities including script preparation, test execution and result analysis
Work you’ll do
· Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and implementing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for software applications.
· Drive the adoption and implementation of Tosca automation framework for test automation activities.
· Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members in Tosca automation practices and methodologies.
· Perform hands-on testing and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and drive their resolution.
· Conduct regular test execution, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for improving product quality.
· Continuously identify areas for process improvement, automation enhancement, and performance optimization.
· Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Tosca automation tools and technologies.
· Participate in release planning and coordinate testing activities with development and product management teams.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a QA, with a strong focus on test automation using Tosca.
- In-depth knowledge of Tosca automation tool and experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
- Strong experience in test planning, test design, and test execution for complex software systems.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tosca certification or relevant certifications in software testing and quality assurance are a plus.
