The PM team helps implement the process end to end for our business. As a Process Specialist-PM, you will work with the PM lead, internal stakeholders, other Talent representatives, and business leaders (BLs) for the seamless execution of the PM processes for the businesses.
The Deloitte Encore Program is specifically designed to enable seasoned professionals who have left the workforce for 6 months to 4 years to return to work. This paid 16-week program offers an opportunity to enhance your skills while providing you a role in a client service environment. A network of Deloitte professionals will provide you with relevant training and will mentor your professional growth while you gain hands-on experience.
This is a fixed term hire position and the professional may have an opportunity to join as a full time employee upon successful completion of the program subject to business requirements and satisfaction of other criteria.
Work you’ll do
The PM Specialist executes the PM life-cycle consistently and efficiently in support of the assigned FSS business group. The PM Specialist will be responsible for managing the relationships with assigned BLs and Business Advisors (BAs) and provides exceptional customer service to their large and complex business group by advising and coaching on performance insights and trends. Due to Deloitte’s data- driven PM process, the PM Specialist needs to be an analytical thinker, capable of data analysis and the creation of insights into the reports prior to leadership review.
Client management
· Partners with BAs and BLs in their assigned FSS business group to manage the implementation and execution of the PM lifecycle
· Communicates across the business to ensure engagement and involvement of key stakeholders
· Reviews and analyzes PM data and highlighting insights, trends, and concerns to the BAs and BLs
· Coaches Team Leaders and Deloitte employees on all aspects of the PM processes, specifically the RPM design components
· Collaborates with other Talent teams, including Resource Management, Centers of Excellence, and Employee Lifecycle Events to deliver on the PM processes
· Leverages Office of General Council and Talent Relations to manage potential risk when necessary
Process execution
· Executes the end-to-end PM lifecycle for the assigned FSS business group, including, but not limited to, Check-Ins, Pulse Surveys, Performance Snapshots, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Low Performers, etc.
· Utilizes standard materials where possible to provide a consistent experience to the assigned FSS business group
· Troubleshoots process issues and provides solutions
· Partners with PM Team on identifying process efficiencies
· Shares best practices with other PM Specialists and Managers to continue to improve the PM processes and gain efficiencies

Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor's degree, relevant years of Human Resource Management or related experience, or Masters in HR/Business Management/Certification in HR with relevant years of HR experience
· Prior experience with advising clients and stakeholder management Required technical skills:
· Interprets data and identifies trends and performance insights.
· Manages PM Analysts and provides coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
· Applies strategic thinking, process improvements, and change management skills.
· Demonstrates strong project management skills, flexibility and learning agility.
· Solves issues and develops solutions.
· Identifies, escalates, and resolves issues effectively.
· Handles confidential information according to Deloitte Administrative Policy Release (APR) guidelines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
Required licenses, certifications, and other requirements:
· Professional certification (PHR or SPHR as appropriate) preferred
