Technology Platform, Data Management and Analysis, and Reporting Support – Analyst/Senior Analyst (CL3)

The Social Impact Group (SIG) operates within the Purpose and DEI Office, aiming to integrate and streamline Deloitte's social impact initiatives for enhanced scalability and community impact both nationally and locally. In this role, you will work alongside Deloitte professionals from the SIG and the Purpose and DEI Office to support the team's migration to and administration of a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform, which will be an essential component for tracking pro bono projects, sponsorship agreements, and donations to nonprofit organizations supported by Deloitte. Furthermore, this position will assist in gathering technology requirements and maintaining administrative documentation for social impact activation platforms, along with performing data analysis and reporting through multiple tools.

Work you’ll do

Specific Operational and Research Support Responsibilities Include:

Investments CRM and Qualtrics Support:

  • Assist in managing the existing investment data tracker tool (Excel), codebook, and maintenance procedures.
  • Support the team's migration to a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform, from the current Excel tracker. This includes preparing data for integration, data quality checks, assisting new users as needed, and working with the Salesforce team to troubleshoot bugs during transition.
  • Provide ongoing support of the Salesforce CRM tool. This includes overseeing data quality and assurance, facilitating data extractions and creating new reports, handling administrative tasks in Salesforce (e.g., managing user access, updating fields), performing regular manual data imports, and data maintenance.
  • Support management of Qualtrics surveys, integrate them with Salesforce CRM, edit investment applications, create required surveys to aid in measurement and evaluation and support survey distribution and participant recruitment.
  • Assist in managing budgets and analyzing spending for social impact investments. Examine regular spending reports, support budget tracking, and support resolution of issues that arise.

Activation Tech Platform and Data Analysis Support

  • Provide ongoing support of activation platforms and tools like Cybergrants and Zoomforth. This includes participating in operations calls with platform vendors to review user issues and maintaining an action log for actions escalated to Deloitte, participating in upgrade / enhancement calls and updating user-facing FAQs, how to guides, and Admin documentation as needed.
  • Assist with updating SIG reporting dashboards (e.g., nation-wide day of service registration activity) and work with SIG teams to create reports and presentations on activation statuses and insights to aid in decision making.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing data, with the capability to synthesize information and draw logical conclusions, coupled with strong reporting skills (e.g., extracting data and generating reports).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; demonstrate initiative; and remain comfortable with ambiguity, as well as resilient in responding to changing organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform both as a user and an Administrator, along with knowledge of Qualtrics survey design and Tableau.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft suite, particularly in utilizing PowerPoint to craft visually engaging presentations, frameworks, charts, graphs, and dashboards to convey insights effectively. Additionally, advanced skills in Excel analysis, including the use of slicers, lookups, PivotTables, and macro creation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling project financial information and knowledge of project pricing structures.
  • Proven interest in the following key equity areas: education, workforce development, financial inclusion, and health equity.
  • Rich experience in working with global and virtual teams.
