DEI Institute – Research Analyst/Senior Analyst

The senior research analyst will assist with leveraging and implementing effective research strategies, and conducting data analysis, to support Deloitte’s DEI Institute™ in advancing bold actions for equitable outcomes.

Work you’ll do
Specifically, the role will focus on:
- Supporting success of data-based research projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution
- Conducting primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and literature reviews
- Conducting necessary data analysis for all research projects (including querying databases and cleaning and preparing data)
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide actionable insights to help businesses make informed decisions
- Interpreting research findings and distill key insights into clear and compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic recommendations
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and belonging
The team
Deloitte’s US Purpose and DEI Office (PDEIO) aims to consistently embed purpose and DEI in our organization to deepen the impact and change we are making to help build a more equitable society. Qualifications
Required:
- Up to 6 years of research/data analytics or related experience, including: qualitative and quantitative research
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Technical, analytic, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of project management and how to use a wide variety of research databases
Preferred:
- Knowledge and previous work experience in the DEI space
- Experience in statistical data analysis, SPSS. SAS, R, SQL, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, cluster analysis, time series
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Timing: 11AM – 2PM, or, 2PM – 11PM
