DEI Institute – Research Analyst/Senior Analyst

The senior research analyst will assist with leveraging and implementing effective research strategies, and conducting data analysis, to support Deloitte’s DEI Institute™ in advancing bold actions for equitable outcomes.

Work you’ll do

 

Specifically, the role will focus on:

  • Supporting success of data-based research projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution
  • Conducting primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and literature reviews
  • Conducting necessary data analysis for all research projects (including querying databases and cleaning and preparing data)
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide actionable insights to help businesses make informed decisions
  • Interpreting research findings and distill key insights into clear and compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic recommendations
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and belonging

The team

Qualifications

Required:

  • Up to 6 years of research/data analytics or related experience, including: qualitative and quantitative research
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Technical, analytic, and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management and how to use a wide variety of research databases

 

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and previous work experience in the DEI space
  • Experience in statistical data analysis, SPSS. SAS, R, SQL, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, cluster analysis, time series

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Timing: 11AM – 2PM, or, 2PM – 11PM
