Senior Analyst – ServiceNow Developer-HRSD- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As a ServiceNow Product Owner, you are a key member of the team who support and enhance ServiceNow for Deloitte LLP. You will have various roles supporting the Business-As-usual Activities, working on small, medium Enhancements, and engaging as a Subject matter Expert on Projects. You will be a bridge between the users, and the Development team
Work you’ll do
Key responsibilities include:
· We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.
· Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
· To maintain the stability and usability of ServiceNow, the administrator performs regular application maintenance and incident support.
· ServiceNow knowledge and skills, and an understanding of the business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform.
The role does not require any line management responsibility.

The role will report to the ServiceNow Development Manager.
Essential:
· Experience with Service Now configuration.
· ServiceNow User Interface - Configure Navigation, UI, Search and Branding options, Manage Lists and Forms and Connect collaboration tools.
· User Administration - Configure User Accounts, Groups, and Roles.
· Knowledge of ITIL processes.
· Experience on ServiceNow Modules Incident, Problem, Change, CMS, CMDB, Asset, Integration.
· Automation knowledge.
· Data Management and Reporting - Working with Tables, import data, add Configuration Items (Cis) to the CMDB, and Reporting tools.
· Integration with other ITSM tools 3rd Party tools eMail and web service based integrations.
· Experience HR shared services and Service Delivery.
· Experience with a full HRSD suite implementation.
· Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
· Knowledge of Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions through life cycle events.
· Experience with Case Management, Knowledge Management, Custom Form, Custom Workflow, Integration development and support.
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree
· 3-6 years’ experience in Service Now Configuration
Certifications: CSA certification is mandatory and CIS ITSM/HRSD are preferable
