Manager – ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect

Work you will do
You will be responsible to work with product owners and stakeholders to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements if required, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans, specifically for HRSD module in ServiceNow. Team also works on various Initiatives at Practice & Organization level and gets opportunities for holistic professional & personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will be expected to provide technical product and architecture advice, on-going communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions/capabilities in HRSD space and assisting build practices that deliver exceptional outcomes. This position requires a hands-on person capable of going wide and deep on solution design.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and perspective on unique use cases and be able to convey enterprise architecture knowledge
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team
  • Interact with the wider ServiceNow community as a thought leader on innovative ways to leverage ServiceNow
Education & Experience Required:
  • Ten or more years of ServiceNow technical experience with expertise in HRSD Implementations and integrations
  • HRSD Implementation Specialist certification (CIS-HR) is must (CTA is good to have)
  • A thorough understanding of the technical and business aspects of platform development
  • Strong in ServiceNow System Architect role with hands-on design deployment experience and mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
  • Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Location – Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Shift – 11 AM to 8 PM
